Rodan + Fields

I really enjoyed talking with and supporting the 220,000 R+F consultants.

The challenge facing this impressive team was managing their own sales numbers in addition to managing their direct line of sales consultants, which could be in the hundreds. The sales platform is on web and mobile because they feel its an always-on-the-go sales life. The combination of salesforce sales and marketing partnership at Rodan + Field, this was the first idea we tested with the consultants.
